Order of the Arrow

Background:

Founded in 1915 by Dr. E. Urner Goodman and Carroll A. Edson, the Order of the Arrow is Scouting's National Honor Society and has been a strong part of the Scouting program for over 80 years. The purpose of the Order of the Arrow is:

- To recognize those Scout campers who best exemplify what it means to be a Boy Scout of America by following the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives

- To develop and maintain camping traditions and spirit

- To promote Scout camping

- To crystallize the Scout habit of helpfulness into a life purpose of leadership in cheerful service to others

Announcements:

Our OA Chapter meetings are held every second Monday of the month at 7:30pm at Columbia Academy (same as Round Table). All current OA members are encouraged to go.
